Sous Vide Mashed Potatoes

Directions
Ingredients
- Peel and cut potatoes into fairly uniform pieces around 1" cubes
- Place in vacuum bag. Add chunks of butter, amount depending on potatoes. Salt to taste
- Evenly distribute potatoes arranging them fairly flat.
- Seal bag and place in sous vide at 190F for approximatelt 90 minutes.
- Remove from bag into mixing bowl and add milk to cream to mash potatoes to desired consistency. Add other seasonings as desired.
