Sous Vide Mashed Potatoes

Directions
Ingredients
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into fairly uniform pieces around 1" cubes
  2. Place in vacuum bag. Add chunks of butter, amount depending on potatoes. Salt to taste
  3. Evenly distribute potatoes arranging them fairly flat.
  4. Seal bag and place in sous vide at 190F for approximatelt 90 minutes.
  5. Remove from bag into mixing bowl and add milk to cream to mash potatoes to desired consistency. Add other seasonings as desired.
